Anyone else continually have this appear when logging in? Never had a satisfactory answer from LEAP as to why it does?

    I'm interested to know the answer to this as I get the same error message. Especially if I'm logging in from home and then logging back in when back in the office.

    Yep, same here. Usually when I've been working out of the office and then come back. It can happen multiple times.

    Same issue - almost every morning -also had no good answer.

    We are hosting a LEAP user group at our office in Nelson next week. LEAP representatives will be there. I will ask the question.

      Hi Amanda, did you manage to get an answer from a LEAP representative? :)

        Yes I did. I was told that it is a recognised error, a technical issue that they are trying to fix but haven't been able to do so yet.

    Yes I do and most users, we just try again and it connects. Just annoying.
