When I do Deed Entry's, in the description I put (Electronic Only) at the end so it shows up in the description window.
When I do uplifts, from the Document Packet tab, search for DP via card or matter (however you assign the DP), open the entry and in the location I note its been destroyed, where it was sent to and when.
