Anais Thorne (Customer) asked a question.
We have multiple staff members complaining about sending emails to clients and the card name pulls through on the email (on the sender and receiver end). This is problematic when emailing an executor of an Estate and the name of the Estate comes up, or emailing someone who may be linked to multiple different cards and it comes up with the name of a card that is unrelated to the email. Clients have commented on it which isn't great.
The only way we seem to get around this is by clicking the 'X' next to the email address and manually typing the email address in the 'To' field.
We have spoken to LEAP about it and they have suggested clearing/changing settings in the LEAP section in Outlook which doesn't seem to fix the issue (or is only a temporary fix) - as per attached screenshot.
Anyone having this same issue?

Yes we've had this issue. It's hugely problematic for us as well! Helpdesk told us the same thing, but I have since been told that if you send the email from the matter is doesn't happen. So, open the relevant matter and select New Email. We were told we just had to change the way we work which was not hugely helpful.
Yes have the same issue, have checked the settings in outlook as suggested but didn't fix it.
Yes, we have the same issue and have been raising it with LEAP helpdesk for over a year. The solutions offered have been temporary at best, and still a practical and privacy concern for us. I suggest we all ask again, and request escalation as it does open the firm up to inadvertently disclosing sensitive information
