Open Insert Fields.

Click on the Questions tab. 

Select New. 

Enter the name “q_PersonSigning” and the text “Person signing is” 

Go to the Answer tab and set type to Radio Buttons.

Enter choices “Person Responsible”, “Person Acting” and “Person Assisting” and set Person Acting as the default answer.

Select Save. 

Click on the Conditional tab. 

Select New. 

Enter the Name of the Conditional Field as “co_SignatureImage”. 

Add the Description as “Insert signature image based on person signing letter”. 

Select the Source as Question from the drop-down list. 

Select the question PersonSigning. 

Select Save.

Click in the first row of Test Value, select “is equal to” and type “Person Responsible”. 

Click on the Add new condition button to add an “else if” condition. 

Click in the second row of Test Value, ensure “is equal to” is selected and type “Person Acting”. 

Leave final condition as “else”. 

Click Save to save the Conditional Field. 

Click in the “Person Responsible” Test Value and select Edit.

Place your cursor in the middle of the “Person Responsible” placeholder in the Word document and navigate to the Fields tab. 

Set the Table to Matter and, while using the word “signature” to narrow down the search results, select the Field named: Person responsible - signature

Change the size of the image to suit your requirements. 

Insert the Person Responsible name underneath the signature. 

Back in the Conditional Field tab, click the Save icon to the right of Person Responsible.

Repeat steps for the Person Acting else if condition and the Person Assisting else condition.
