Check Matter Number and Auto Numbering

• Check whether the matter number you're trying to assign has already been used by reviewing deleted and archived matters. If the number you are trying to assign to the new matter has been used, follow the steps in Matter Number is 'Non Unique!' article to manually change the matter number.

• Navigate to LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Matter > Numbering to adjust the Auto Numbering settings. Update the Last Number in the Auto Numbering sequence to avoid conflict and ensure the Matter Number is unique.

Recreate Corrupted Matter Template
