Using FaceTime with LEAP Mobile

How To

You can FaceTime your clients and other parties through matters and cards. You have the option to use video, audio or send an invitation.

Open the matter.
Open the card.

You can also go directly from the Card List.
Under the Details tab, next to FaceTime you can tap:
- - This will allow you to FaceTime Audio Call or Call & Time (When you've completed the call, a New Time Entry screen will display with the recorded details).
- - This will allow you to FaceTime Video Call or Call & Time (When you've completed the call, a New Time Entry screen will display with the recorded details).
- - This will create a message for you to send with a Video Appointment Invitation link. The recipient can then click the link at anytime to initiate a FaceTime Video Call with you.
Edit any details, if required.
Tap Save.

The time entry will be recorded in the matter under the Time & Fees tab.
