Updates to Conveyancing & Property matters

Updates to Conveyancing & Property matters

We have made a number of important updates to Conveyancing & Property matters based on feedback from firms to improve usability, consistency, and support future enhancements and functionality within LEAP.

These updates include:

·        Updates to default tables to ensure the most relevant tables are available on applicable matter types

·        Improved consistency across table types, including combining similarly named tables such as Broker and Mortgage Broker

·        Updates to the Transfer matter description to clarify this matter type should be used for Transmissions and any transfers of land/ title outside of a Sale or Purchase.

·        Updates to relines across matter types to ensure that when a property address is added to a matter, the address automatically pulls through as Reline 2 by default

·        Review and update (where required) of all Conveyancing & Property LEAP Forms including improvements to document automation.

The How to Complete a Conveyancing & Property Matter guide has been updated where required to reflect these updates. Click HERE to view the How to Guide.
