We’re thrilled to announce that the AML changes related to the legislative changes effective from 1 June 2025 are officially LIVE as of Friday 29 May 2025.
What’s Changed:
· An option to indicate if the Matter is a Non-Captured Activity
· Ability to select the Client Risk Level on the client Card which will automatically pull through to the matter Compliance table type
· The Client Due Diligence status and Date Completed automatically pulling through from the card to the matter
· Ability to report on the Client Risk Level and matters that are non-captured activities from the AML Management within the AML app
