MYOB have made a change to their authentication which now requires clients to export a journal every 7 days, otherwise the authentication token expires and the client has to re-log into MYOB from LEAP.
If the authentication expires, clients will be notified via email and need to:
1. In LEAP, click Menu › Accounting › General Ledger Link (under Office Accounting).
2. The General Ledger Link will open in your web browser.
3. Set Export Status to Error/Not Exported, then click Sync Now (bottom-right).
4. When prompted, sign in to your MYOB account to authorise LEAP’s access.
5. You may also be prompted to enter your MYOB Administrator Data File credentials:
Username: Administrator
Password: (leave blank)
If these credentials do not work, the firm should contact MYOB Support to confirm your Administrator Data File credentials, which are required to authorise integrations such as LEAP.
