Two new matter types are now available in LEAP. Supreme Court Appeal sits under Litigation & Disputes and includes a new Lower court details tab for recording the decision under appeal. Coronial Inquiry sits in the new Coroners Court subfolder under Public Law.
We’ve also reorganised the Public Law area of law into subfolders, and Liquor Licensing has moved from Commercial to Public Law > Regulatory & Licensing.
