Interest Bearing Deposit Statement Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Accounting > Reports > Trust > Interest Bearing Deposit > Interest Bearing Deposit Statement

Purpose: Provides a central hub for downloading statements of active Interest Bearing Deposit Accounts within a specified period across all matters. Statements can be generated based on either Transaction Date or Entry Date, as per user selection. The report serves as an official financial summary of the account and a formal record of transactions.

Filters:

Date Range 

Includes transactions within the specified period based on the selected Run By option:

  • Transaction Date: Captures transactions with a Transaction Date within the specified Date Range.
  • Entry Date: Captures transactions with an Entry Date within the specified Date Range.
Run BySort the report by:
  • Transaction Date or
  • Entry Date.

Report Fields:

DateThe date of the transaction.

NOTE:
If the Entry Date and the Transaction Date are not the same, both dates will be shown, and the Entry Date will be marked with an asterisk (*).
ReferenceThe transaction reference number.
Paid to/Received From & ReasonDisplays the Payee or Payer of the transaction, and the transaction reason.
WithdrawalBank Fees and Withdrawal transactions.

NOTE:
A reversing entry is indicated by the amount enclosed in parentheses within the Withdrawal column.
DepositInterest and Deposit transactions.

NOTE :

Balance

The Interest Bearing Deposit Account statement balance.
