Bugs in Version 2.5.85.30
New software version 2.5.85.30 appears to have Time and Save to Matter related bugs with incoming emails. If another LEAP user as sender has saved their email to the matter, then the LEAP user recipient has trouble saving that same email from the Time and Save to Matter icon. The same applies to incoming external emails, where it saves to the Matter, but does not automatically bring up the Time box to record the time (need to go to a separate record Time function). These bugs were not in the earlier version I don' think: when will they be fixed please?

We've had this issue with the update as well. I have been told the developers are working on a fix but we have no idea as to when this will be resolved.
