Power of Attorney template
We find the power of attorney templates are not fit for purpose. In circumstances where we have three different attorneys (property POA) or even in less complex examples (such as when there is a different successor attorney) the form fields have to be removed and manually input otherwise they overwrite the correct attorneys. In our view, this form isn't as flexible as it should be for the reasonable circumstances which clients sometimes require. We are finding that manipulating forms takes more time effort and as a corollary of this we lose much of the efficiency gain a template form ought to provide.
