How To

You're creating a new matter and you've enabled automatic matter file numbering, but you're assigned a Non Unique matter number. This occurs when a file number is being assigned that is the same as an existing or deleted matter. Matter numbers must be unique and cannot be reused, even if the associated matter has been deleted.
