How To

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Office > Download Receipts

Purpose: Downloads Office Bank Account receipts into a single document for the specified receipt period and selected matters. An Office Bank Account must be specified. The report includes a Matter List from which you can select the matter(s) to download receipts for.

Report Filters:

Date Range

Includes receipts dated within the specified period.

Bank Account

Chose one from a list of all Office Bank Accounts.

NOTE: The report will only display transactions for the selected bank account.

Specifies the party or parties the receipt is addressed to:

Received from (default): The receipt is addressed to the payor (the person or entity making the payment to your Office Bank Account).
Debtors: The receipt is addressed to the matter’s Debtor set in the matter's matter table.
Debtors/Split Debtors: If the receipt is applied to an invoice with split debtors, each split debtor is addressed individually; otherwise, it is only addressed to the matter’s Debtor set in the matter's matter table.

Matter List:

Matter No.	The transaction’s matter number.
Matter Type	The matter type.
Debtor	The client card’s short name.
Responsible	The 'Person Responsible' on the matter.
Acting	The 'Person Acting' on the matter.
Status	The matter’s status.
