The By Lawyers Trusts guide has been reviewed and enhanced by our local author and our in-house team, ensuring it is up to date and providing practitioners with everything they need to set up and administer trusts for their clients with confidence. 

The guide and precedents cover a comprehensive range of issues that commonly arise in daily practice, plus useful resources to cover less common issues that can be difficult to navigate.

As well as enhanced and expanded commentary, the following new precedents have been added:
